Full-length or cropped leggings are perfect for yoga, or shorts, preferably in a darker colour so that you don't have to worry about them being see-through in the more revealing poses. If you've had your leggings for a while, check for thin or warn material and holes!
Go for a well-fitted t-shirt, vest or crop top that's not too revealing and won't slide up over your head! Choose a top that supports your body type. Some yoga tops have built-in bust support or wear a good sports bra underneath.
Wear light coloured clothing if you think you'll get sweaty!
Choose close-fitting fabric if you want some added "traction" for those balancing poses.
We would advise arriving at the studio in the clothing you will be wearing for class.
For slower tempo classes and for the relaxation part of your class it is nice to have a jumper and maybe some socks to slip on.
