Full-length or cropped leggings are perfect for yoga, preferably in a darker colour so that you don't have to worry about them being see-through in the more revealing poses. If you've had your leggings for a while, check for thin or warn material and holes!
Go for a well-fitted t-shirt, vest or crop top that's not too revealing and won't slide up over your head! Ladies, choose a top that supports your body type. Some yoga tops have built-in bust support or wear a good sports bra underneath.
Wear light coloured clothing if you think you'll get sweaty!
Choose close-fitting fabric if you want some added "traction" for those balancing poses.
