Where to start

At PNY we believe your journey starts when you need it to. Many of our classes are beginner friendly and we encourage you to explore them all to see which one suits you. However we do run specialised beginner courses throughout the year. You can keep up to date by visiting our courses page.

Did you know?

  • You do not need to be flexible or strong to do yoga - regular practice can give you that.
  • You do not need any prior knowledge or fancy yoga equipment - just bring yourself.
  • Yoga is designed to connect the mind and body... and spirit - if that's your thing.
  • Yoga is suitable for all ages, genders, shapes and sizes - you are pefect just as you are.
  • We have no expectations whatsoever - we just hope you have some fun along the way!

Not ready for a class?

Try out our one-to-one packages. 

Work with an instructor to learn some basic skills and gain a better understanding of yoga before starting a class.Our instructors will personalise the content of your practice and work closely with you to help you achieve your goals.

We have a small studio space dedicated to one-to-one sessions and with packages ranging from individual sessions to discounted packages we have something to suit everyone.
